The early childhood education ('ECE') Leaders Forum, started from a conversation between 2 leaders, who considered the importance of dialogue and collaboration on a professional level. The 1st meeting was held in January 2015, in Dubai and this has led to a number of meetings, over the last 2 years, with over 60 leaders in attendance.

The essence of the Forum is to link like minded professionals who work as leaders in schools, preschools, nurseries and/or kindergartens. We operate on a non profit basis and, presently, meetings are free. We meet for the purpose on professional development; sharing best practices in the field, and professional networking.

"The forum greatly benefited me as it gave me an opportunity and safe place to discuss , share and collaborate with other leaders in the region. It also provided me with opportunities to learn more about curriculum approaches and how to best reflect best practice in the Early Years."
