Writing a time capsule during the quarantine sounds so cliche! Prior to April 2020, I would have agreed with that point of view, but my view changed last week when I attended a somewhat random online meet up organised by Creative Mornings. It ended up being a good investment of my time (one hour) and I have a few things that I'd like to share.
Crafting a time capsule can actually be fun and engaging, either that, or being on lockdown for 10 weeks plus, is beginning to get to me.
Getting Started
For the session we were asked to bring things like:
Paper - various sizes and colours
Coloured Pencils
Markers
Stickers
Pencils etc
Next Step
The host (can't recall her name, otherwise would give her full credit for her superb online organisational skills), guided us through the session and gave a specific timeline for each category of the capsule. Details below.
I trust this is helpful and will get you started on your journey; the author of your very own time capsule. Have fun!
