Tools for Infants and Toddlers
Birth to three? As an educational consultant based in Dubai, I'm often asked what one can do effectively to cater to the needs of children within this age bracket. In all fairness, It's not an age I have had extensive experience with, I'm more of a 3 - 6 years, specialist. However, I know enough to say that there is a lot that can be done. I have observed a good number of very effective infant and toddler classes, in which careful consideration has been given to preparing the environment for the children, enabling engagement and development.
Developmental Milestones

From the table above, it is clear that children are developing at a rapid rate. The answer to the question posed above ('what do we do with infants, as parents and educators'?) may be answered in a number of ways.
One of them is in the form of engaging and stimulating activities. I have recently discovered a convenient, go to, resource - Montikids. As resources go, I can honestly say this is something that I wish I had access to when my children were younger.
